This updated version of the game promises to bring the excitement of online play to the title, whilst also enhancing the graphics, adding a whole host of unlockable items, the inevitable achievements and trophy support, live replay viewing and several new game modes to slug your way through. The game will be priced at the high-end of the downloadable title spectrum, costing 1200 Microsoft Points or the equivalent of $14.99. To be precise, it will go live on the PlayStation Network on August 23rd, whereas Xbox LIVE users will have to wait one extra day to get their hands on it, with it launching on August 24th. Capcom have come out with the news that their previously-announced re-release of Street Fighter III: Third Strike, now entitled the Online Edition – will see its Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network release this August.
